By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms. Questions? Please reach out before buying.

These terms exist to:

  • Encourage thoughtful, intentional buying decisions
  • Protect the privacy and sacred space of our community
  • Reduce administrative work that takes time away from serving you

Purchases are final

Please read each sales page mindfully to avoid any misunderstandings about what is being covered and what is included.

There are no refunds or reimbursements, so please take your time and consider your purchase carefully.

Payment Plans and Fees

Choosing a payment plan means committing to the full purchase price, regardless of whether you continue participating or not.

Payment plan details:

  • The total cost is displayed at checkout
  • Payment plans include an additional fee to cover recurring card processing costs and administrative time
  • Payments are charged on the same date each month as your initial purchase
  • Ensure sufficient funds are available before your due date
  • Failed payments automatically send an email to you from Stripe with instructions to update your payment information
  • A second attempt is made after 48 hours. If it fails again, access to your purchase is suspended until you pay the remaining balance in full

Early Enrollment and Limited time pricing

  • Special pricing for early enrollment or promotions expires on the stated date and cannot be extended or applied retroactively
  • Refunds or price adjustments won’t be offered if you forget to apply your code
  • If your code isn’t working, contact us before purchasing—not after.

    Scholarships & Accessibility

    CLCD is a woman-owned, woman-run business. We share responsibility for the change we want to see: ethical marketing, fair access, and livable incomes. We’re committed to addressing inequality while also ensuring a fair exchange for our time, money, energy, and expertise. It isn’t always financially sustainable for us to provide scholarships.

    The best way to access reduced pricing:

    • Take advantage of early enrollment discounts
    • Join the interest lists for announcements about special offers
    • Watch for limited-time pricing

    When scholarships are available, they’ll be announced on the sales page or mailing list.

    We’re working toward greater accessibility and will provide transcripts and closed captions as we’re able (technically and financially). In-person gatherings are hosted in accessible locations. Please reach out to discuss your needs—We’re here to help accommodate you as best we can.

      Course Access & Duration

      • You receive access to the current version of your course or program, contingent upon active payment status

      • Course access duration is clearly stated on each sales page and varies by course

      • If a course is being retired or moving to a new platform, you will be given notice 

      Recording & Replay Access

      Recordings and replays are available for a specified period that varies by offering:

      • 7 to 14 days for certain live sessions
      • 30, 60, or 90 days for workshop replays
      • Up to 1 year maximum for live course recordings

      The specific access period for your purchase will be stated on the sales page.

      Why time limits? I honor participant privacy and minimize data hosting. After one year, live course recordings are removed to protect confidentiality.

      Video recordings are not downloadable, and access links expire on the stated date.

        Intellectual Property

        All course materials are the intellectual property of our organization. You may use them for personal, non-commercial, non-transferable educational purposes only.

        Prohibited:

        • Sharing, reproducing, or distributing materials without written permission
        • Using materials for commercial purposes or resale
        • Recording, screenshots, or copying content from live sessions without permission

          Limitation of Liability

          Results: Results are not guaranteed. Your outcomes depend on your effort and implementation of the guidance provided. CLCD is not liable for your results, decisions, or actions taken based on program content.

          Health & wellbeing: We are not offering medical or therapeutic services or advice. You are fully responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being. If additional support is needed, seek services in your community.

          Conduct: Create a respectful, supportive, compassionate environment. Unkind behavior, including gossip, harassment, or disruptive conduct, will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the program’s harmony, without refund.

          Liability: You release CLCD from any liability or loss resulting from your participation. You engage at your own risk and assume full responsibility for your choices and actions. CLCD’s total liability for any claims arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course, program, or service.

            Privacy and Data Protection

            • Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary to deliver our services, including name, email address, payment information, and any information you provide in community spaces or during calls.

            • Data Use: Your information is used to deliver the services you’ve purchased, provide customer support, and send you relevant updates about our offerings and services.

            • Data Retention: Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to provide services and for legitimate business purposes, in accordance with applicable law.

            • Third-Party Services: We use third-party services (Flodesk and Stripe for payments, Thrivecart for payments and courses, Zoom for calls, and Gmail and Flodesk for emails), which have their own privacy policies.

            • Your Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact us for data requests.

            • Marketing Communications: By purchasing, you consent to receive relevant marketing communications. You may unsubscribe at any time.
