Learning presence through contemplative practice, end-of-life education, and companionship

Welcome, Fellow Traveler

End of life education, contemplative practice, and conscious dying work rooted in one belief: one of the greatest preparations for death is learning how to truly live.

Conscious living and conscious dying aren’t separate practices. They’re one continuous lifetime apprenticeship in presence, being fully alive, and letting go.

Whether you’ve arrived here for meditation and yoga nidra, ritual threshold practices, or to learn about end-of-life, the invitation is to come home to the true nature of yourself, remember who you are, and honor the transitions and thresholds of life and death.

There are no shortcuts in this sacred work.

Presence isn’t something you learn in a weekend. It isn’t a technique you acquire or a certificate you hang on a wall. It’s a devotion you embody. Slowly. Over time. Through your own losses, your own thresholds, your own willingness to sit with what is hard and holy.

If you’re called to end of life work, that means tending to your own wounds before you tend to others. It means prioritizing self-compassion, practicing deep listening, learning the art of reverence, the language of ritual, the imaginal realm, and being with the mystery.

And if you’re here because something in your own life has shifted (a loss, a diagnosis, a future that looks different from what you planned), this work is for you too.

The question remains the same. Who are you when everything you thought you were falls away?

I’m an end of life educator and guide

I help people find their way through what feels impossible to navigate on their own. I know what it’s like to navigate traumatic loss. I do this work because most people are unaware of their end of life options, and they’re often left unsupported. In modern society, we avoid these conversations until time is running out. It doesn’t have to be this way.

I’ve sat at the bedside of many dying people. It’s a great honor to be present at that threshold, and what I feel in those moments can’t be described in human language. It’s the presence of that which cannot be named. Love with a capital L.

That’s what I want for you, too. Whether you’re learning to companion the dying, seeking end of life support, or finding your way back to yourself through loss, illness, or transition, this work is an invitation to remember who you truly are. To live well and to die well.

My Story

I’ve always lived close to the threshold. As a child, I felt the presence of the unseen world before I had language for it. That sensitivity has never left me.

When my son Gabriel was stillborn, I was initiated into the kind of grief that has no map. It cracked me open, and it planted a seed that grew slowly over time. At a crossroads in my career, something arrived that pointed me unmistakably toward this work. I didn’t so much choose it as it chose me.

My path has never been a straight line. I spent years as a wellness and sustainability-focused interior designer, working with beauty and nature. My career in design, years of living with chronic pain, my spiritual path, and death have been my greatest teachers. They’ve shown me that conscious living and conscious dying aren’t just philosophical concepts. They’re a daily practice. Choices we make again and again, even when – especially when – life looks nothing like we planned.

I show up in this work as a gentle presence and a powerful guide. Someone who knows grief from the inside. Someone who has lived the questions she now holds space for.
