Ancestor Bridge
Sacred Practices for Ancestral Connection & Healing
Begin your journey in ancestral reverence.
Create conscious, reciprocal relationships with your ancestors. This includes the wisdom of the land where you live, the land of your ancestors, your spiritual guides and teachers, the plant and animal beings, and the future generations.
Maintaining Relationships Across the Threshold of Death
You’ve sensed the presence of your ancestors – perhaps they’ve met you in dreams, in waking moments, through signs and synchronicities. But maybe no one has taught you how to engage in these sacred relationships with reverence and reciprocity.
Your ancestors are waiting and wanting connection just as much as you are. Let’s practice remembering the ancestors, holding reverence for their gifts, and tending to inherited challenges with love
The Ancestors Want to Support and Guide You
You stand on the bridge between past and present, where your ancestors are waiting to support you. We all have gifts and challenges in our lineages. When we meet our ancestors with love and witnessing, we create a flow of abundance.
When you learn ancestral reverence practices and maintain right relationship across the threshold of death, you:
- Receive guidance from benevolent ancestors to remember and live your soul’s purpose
- Participate in healing yourself, your family, and cultural wounds through reverent practice
- Transform inherited patterns through understanding and love instead of rejection
- Feel deep belonging and rootedness even if family relationships are complex
- Prepare to become a wise ancestor already blessing future generations
- Engage in sacred reciprocity by tending to others as they transition into ancestorhood
Understanding Ancestral Reverence
This ancestral reverence course is open to anyone called to engage in sacred relationship with their ancestors, regardless of background or family knowledge.
You don’t need to:
- Know your genealogy or family history
- Follow a specific religion or spiritual tradition
- Have a connection with blood relatives
- Reconcile with estranged family members
This ancestral healing work may naturally support family relationships, but that is not the primary focus. We approach ancestors as guides and allies, learning practices of maintaining conscious relationships beyond the death of the physical body.
“To heal means to make whole, and when we experience wholeness, we also experience holiness. Ancestral healing is a sacred journey that brings us into wholeness by helping us recover and reconnect with parts of ourselves and our histories that have been lost, forgotten, or buried.”
— Langston Kahn
Connect with the ancestors
October ushers in a season of ancestral connection. The veil between worlds thins in this hallowed space between summer’s fading warmth and winter’s deep hibernation. Our ancestors draw near. The natural world around us mirrors preparation for rest, reflection, and renewal.
You may already be feeling this energy shift through synchronicities, magical happenings, and vivid dreams. These are gentle nudges, inviting you to listen, remember, and heal.
The ancestors are waiting. They’re guiding you to this moment. Will you answer their call?

You might be one or all of these
The Pattern Breaker
You recognize the patterns and have the courage to break cycles. You’re tired of repeating the same relationship, financial, or health struggles that echo through your lineage. You sense these patterns connect to something deeper than personal experience.
The Cultural Explorer
You carry a longing for cultural connection and belonging, yet circumstances like immigration or historical trauma have left you feeling disconnected from your heritage. You yearn to reclaim ancestral wisdom – including relationships to land, seasonal cycles, and natural allies.
The Intuitive Seeker
You’re naturally sensitive to spiritual connection, experiencing vivid dreams, unexplained attractions to places or practices, or sensing guidance from ancestors and the natural world. You’re ready to develop a framework to trust and work with these experiences consciously.
Join Ancestor Bridge
I’ve witnessed firsthand the transformative power of ancestral healing through my own journey and in the experiences of those I’ve guided. As we step into the work, we join a long lineage of people honoring their ancestral roots, benevolent beings, soul guides, and the ancestors of the land. This isn’t just theory or make-believe; this is proven time and again through personal experiences and transformative results.
